Travis accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • PayPal
  • iDeal
  • Sofort

Unless stated otherwise, shipping price is a flat fee per order, independently of the country of delivery. Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. 

Shipping might be free of cost during certain promotions.

We ship to nearly all countries. To find out if we ship to your country, please select your country during check out. If it is not displayed in the list, unfortunately, we do not ship to that country.

Depending on the country, there is a possibility that Customs ask for a settlement of tax and import fees.

These are not included in your purchase. Hence, you are responsible for paying all related fees. 

The amount of VAT/GST customs fees will vary depending on your shipping country.  

A delivery tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. 

If you have any questions about the delivery of your purchase or need help tracking it, please contact us here, quoting your order number. You will find it the confirmation email.

Internet orders are usually shipped within 1 day of receiving the order. Most orders will be delivered within 5-7 days from the shipping date, but be aware that this can vary depending on the country.

Please note that we cannot ship to certain countries. 

You can always follow the status of your order by checking your tracking number on your confirmation email.

Travis uses reputable express services from DHL/UPS/DPD for most deliveries. 

If delivery problems arise, we will contact you by email or phone.

Returns are only accepted within 14 days of the date of purchase and the costs of returning the product/s are borne by the consumer.

To be eligible for a return, your Travis product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase.

If you have invoked the Right of Withdrawal (EU customers only), a refund is initiated once we receive your item at the address provided by our agents. 

The refunded amount is credited back using the original payment method.

To return your product, please contact us

If you need to return a Travis item, we’re here to help. But there are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from Travis:

  1. If you are located within the European Union, you can invoke your Right of Withdrawal and return your items within 14 days of receipt as explained in our Terms and Conditions.
  2. For our International customers, we accept returns when the product is defective within the warranty period.

CONDITIONS

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges of items that have been used. The user shall only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary for establishing the nature, the characteristics, and the effect of the product.
  • Opened products may only be returned under warranty.
  • Pre-authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. The consumer shall contact Travis first to receive return instructions.
  • Shipping charges for returning the product to Travis GT B.V. are borne by the consumer.
  • If you purchased your product from an alternate Travis retailer, only defective items may be returned under warranty with a valid proof of purchase. We will not accept unopened returns from an alternate Travis retailer.
  • If upon receipt of your delivery you find that the box has been damaged, opened, or its contents are missing, please ensure that you take a photograph of the damaged packaging which should be emailed to us. If you are at home during the delivery, write “Damaged/Opened/Missing content” and refuse the delivery.
